This is the second time in five months that I brought my 2016 Chevy Silverado to your dealership and I have to say John the service manager and the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Anything that goes wrong with my truck I will always bring to your dealership I havehad great relationship relationships with John the service manager, which explains to me tells me what I need and that’s what I need. Peace of mind.

We went in for an inspection for our existing leased car, and we casually looked at some newer models while waiting. We liked a new car so much, that we wound up trading in the old car for the new model! Everyone at Bical was friendly and knowledgeable, and Jason got us a good deal that didn't break our budget. Even though we had another year left on our old lease, I think it was a good idea to get a new car lease now, before things get even more expensive. We would definitely recommend Bical Auto Mall if you're shopping for a car to buy or lease!

I brought my car in on Tuesday morning and did not get it back until Friday afternoon. I have the electric Chevy Bolt EUV. I know only the electric mechanic can work on it, but my issue was unrelated to the electric. There was a problem with the axle bolts. This is not the first time the bolts have come loose. They said they had been looking at it for a few days but it was the same problem I had six months ago.

I had an appointment for an oil change and I ended up waited two and a half hours to get my car back. When I asked Ernest Wan, who was the service advisor “when will I get my car back”, he let me know, we are crowded this morning and I would have to wait my turn like everybody else. I complained to the service supervisor and he gave me a discount on the bill.

I believe that it will be helpful if extra work that needs to be done should be mentioned prior or in previous visit so that the customer can prepare financially. I think your dealership is very knowledgeable. I was there yesterday to do a wheel alignment, and your technician, Claudio was so knowledgeable. I had the wrong essentials on my camber bolts... Both the service manager ,John and Claudio ordered me the right parts.now just waiting for the right parts,and doing the installation, and will be back to do the final wheel alignment.. what I like is the honesty and integrity of helping a customer get the right parts and service..

Recently, I had an issue with a flat tire. I inflated it myself and drove to the dealership to have it checked. They told me that the diagnostic and service would cost over $100, and any additional work would be charged separately. So my question is — what exactly does my warranty cover then?

I had a 12:15 appointment , I arrived at 11:10 am earlier than my appointment . I checked in gave the associate my keys so they can service my vehicle . I sat in the waiting for two hours before i decide to see if my truck was ready , only yo see it still sitting in the same spot i left it . I asked the associate was my vehicle ready , he said yes i am and he just received my paperwork . Go to the window to pay , he said . When I got to the window the cashier didn't have my paper work . I went off because my truck was never taken in the back to be serviced , and the associate lied right to my face . I saw the manager come out his office , which he shouldn't of had to do and personally take my truck in the back . It took 15 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation . I sat in this place for three hours . Thank you Bical for ruining my day

Bringing my vehicle in was a complete waste of my time. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically said I am bringing my vehicle in for the recall of the airbag. At no time I was told that there's a possibility the part was not in stock. I bring the vehicle in only to be told the part wasn't in after leaving my vehicle overnight. A better system needs to be put in place where the service department is double checking if parts are available in the instance of recalls before making appointments and have customers waste their time by bringing their vehicle in.

I booked an appointment through the GMC website for a GMC Certified Service Dealer. I found your location. I needed a recall fixed on my vehicle and I booked an oil change with tire rotation with an offer on the site. The part for the recall wasn't available and needed to be ordered. I was told 5 business days. The oil change was told to me a different price then what I booked. No one was aware and clueless to the offer online. A supervisor came over and said no, that's not here that's gmc. I was confused because I booked it under this site. Eventually the supervisor stated we will work with you, whatever that meant. But I was given the price of the offer online. If I didn't have them order the part for the recall I probably wouldn't go back. Didn't really feel welcome here.

I came in to have a new infotainment/ touchscreen put in and to have an assessment of a noted whinning noise when the truck accelerates. Part had to be ordered, called later to see what was going on. Repeatedly hung up on, had a rude young woman transferring my calls, service rep didn't answer. Left a voice message. Called Thursday morning, was told the part was in, it would be put in and I would be called later. In late afternoon received a voice-mail saying again, oh the part just came in, and we will test your truck when the engine is cold tomorrow. Friday I came in to take truck back, and my truck was held hostage until I paid a deposit for the part. At this point I really didn't want service here and said so. The manager said "oh this is a special order you have to pay" This is BS because any part ordered by a Chevy dealership can be returned right back to Chevy. In addition there is no signage, as required by consumer law in NYC, stating this policy. He wanted me to leave $300 for a $488 part, which is outrageous, my daughter got the deposit down to $150. So my truck was here for 3 days no work done, they couldn't say how long it would be to replace part other than 3-4 hours with no guarantee that I would get truck back for weekend. So I had to pay a ransom fee to get my truck and I had to bring it back, which I didn't want to do. They changed the radio but the infotainment screen, which was the problem wasn't fixed, even though I thought that this is what was going to be done. Si in order to get that fixed they wanted another $1k and again I would have to wait on a part. I declined and will go to another dealership.

We drove up to the service area garage correctly this time (second visit). The attendants in the garage directed us to park in the chosen lane, requested we roll down the window, and leave the keys in the car. This was done with courtesy and professionalism. We went inside to find there was a minor wait to be seen (no more than 5 minutes) by David our service advisor; this is actually a positive since our appointment was first thing on a Monday morning, and that is a very busy time for most dealerships. David processed our request quickly, quietly, and efficiently. Once the job was entered, he gave us a copy of our work order, and we entered the waiting area. Our car was ready within an hour (regular maintenance and inspection). We had a very pleasant experience at Bical.

In 1/18/25 my mileage was 4611 now in 7/5/25 its 5952 I should have been told it is not necessary/ready for an oil change, but it was done and also charged for a filter, I would have accepted that but ...Then for a new car the AIR FILTER and Cabin FILTER needed to be changed also. Total bill over $500.00 talking with others its a complete rip off b/cause its a Woman driving. I left SEVERAL messages on 7/7/25 for the Service Manager to return my call and explain the charges to me, but up to this day (7/8/25 ] NO CALL.

I dropped my car off on Tuesday 7/29/25 at 8am. There was a recall on the transmission for Camaro that needed to be reprogrammed. I had something similar done a few months prior, which they were able to fix by the end of the business day. I also was having an issue with my fuel gauge where I would have a full tank of gas, and it would suddenly go down to empty and the maintenance light would come on. I informed Ernie of this, he ran diagnostics and confirmed there was a fuel gauge malfunction. He told me the car would be done by EOD or early the following morning. I was fine with this timeline. I went home. I did not receive an update call at the EOD, nor did I receive a call the next morning. I use my car throughout the day and did not have one, so I needed to depend on rideshare and public transportation to get to work. By noon I was curious as to why no one reached out to me about my car so I called the service department and was transferred to Ernie who answered sounding bothered that I called and was rushing through an explanation telling me that he told me it would take a while (he did not). I told him that if my car was going to take longer than the timeframe he informed me of the day prior then he should have called me and updated me so I can make other arrangements. He was not empathetic at all to the inconvenience this created for me and was repeatedly speaking over me as I'm trying to let him know that an update would be appreciated. I requested to speak to a manager. He did not transfer me to one but gave me the name and extension of John. Who I called and left 2 messages for and he never got back to me. I called the service department again Wednesday at 3pm and was told by Ernie that they were short technicians and there were other cars ahead of me. I told Ernie that had he communicated this to me the first time I called or called me initially to inform me then I would have been understanding. But not telling me anything and then being rude and dismissive when I call and ask is not the way to handle it. I assumed my car would not be ready on Wednesday EOD (it was not). Thursday morning still no update so I call at noon and Ernie tells me that he sees there's a few cars ahead of me and the technician will get around to it. I call again at 3pm (because he did not call me) and Ernie tells me that the technician checked my car and fixed the recall issue and the fuel gauge is malfunctioning (I already knew that) and parts need to be ordered and if I want him to do that. I declined and told him I will come pick up my car. When I get there, they proceed to charge me $275 for the diagnostic they ran to tell me the fuel gauge was malfunctioning (which I already knew and it took them 3 days to confirm). My frustrations stem from the lack of communication, the lack of courtesy and respect to acknowledge my frustrations and no attempts were made to remedy the situation via a courtesy vehicle, waiving the diagnostic fee or anything of the sort. I will never have my car serviced at Bical Flatbush again and I would advise anyone who is considering it against it.

I initially went there with two issues: heavy vibrations when accelerating, and a hissing sound when the AC is on it’s not a normal sound. I also requested an oil change on top of that, the oil change was done. I told Sheldon about the AC problem, explaining that it makes a hissing sound whenever it’s on it’s not a normal sound it’s sound like there is air leaking. He said the technician found no issues. I insisted that there is a problem because the sound was never there before. I also asked if he could take a moment to listen to it himself. He said he was busy, give him a few minutes; so I waited an extra 45 minutes, but he never came to check or address my concern.

I live on the QUEENS ,NAUSSA and find it easier to have service done on a Saturday ,because there is less traffic on the road to go to BICAL for service in BROOKLYN . But it seams if you want any technical work preformed you have to come back during the week.But when my service was being done the service agent asked me if I wanted my air conditioning hand heater serviced. It seams they can do that but cant look at the auto lift gate under my vehicle to see why it does not work.Ithink I will have to go elseware for service next time.

The service advisor informed me that the tire sensor needed to be replaced. I authorized the service to be done and the mechanic did a great job. I’d like to say my experience with GMC dealership was a good one. I bought my 2014 GMC Yukon XL to have the Throttle Body replaced and also my compressor for my air shocks, but David from Bical Auto Mall. Said that he would like their Mechanic to take a look and see what’s going on before he changes anything. They found a problem they fixed everything so far everything is great David was a real help I guess it was a little expensive, but it was worth it

I was assigned a service rep.named Sheldon. I was not contacted for two days regarding my vehicle. Although I had an issue with my cell number I have Sheldon an alternate number. I was also sent a text link by bical to be in contact with Sheldon. He did not respond to me at all although I left multiple texts. My calls to Bical went directly to his voicemail but no return calls. Very frustrating and terrible customer service. I finally contacted my sales rep. Charlie Albaniese who had to get involved and got things straightened out. Charlie is outstanding and an asset to the Bical organization. I found out my paper work had been completed earlier in the day but was still meant to wait an hour when I went to pick up my car. Sheldon left the paper work on the side and made me wait. I have gotten 4 cars from Bical and will continue to do so and work with Charlie. This was my worst service experience ever with Bical. ALAN WAHRSAGER

I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation, etc. as well as 4 lights lit on my car (ABS, BRAKE, and 2 others). I dropped my car off at 9 am and got a call approximately 1:30 that my car was ready to pick up. When I picked up my car, they told me that the lights were on because my tire pressure was low (it was not as I check it on OnStar). I drive home, snd when i got in my car to leave, all the lights were back on. I called, and was told to come back to the dealership. Within 5 minutes of my car being in the back they told me there was a part that needed to be ordered for the ABS. I don’t understand why they didn’t find that earlier when they had my car half of the day.

My usual crew is not there anymore and the only one that is, is David and as always he came through with flying colors. He got me checked in without an appointment because of an emergency with my car overheating and sensor lights blinking like crazy. I was afraid that was going to have a meltdown within my technical system along with the other problems. But David reassure me that they would find the problem and he would get back with me as soon as possible. He got back with me a day later and the problem was resolved after my approval.

The service department lied to me trying to charge me over $1300 without even looking at my car. I found the wheel lock buried in my glove compartment where I left it so they never pulled the tires, never measure the brakes, and and tried telling me my brakes were low when they were 2/3 still good verified by two of the mechanics. I went there for a bulletin that they said I didn’t qualify for But again they lied and it isn’t the first time.

Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional. While I was trying to explain the issue with my car, the service rep repeatedly walked away from me—to grab food from the buffet area. That should have been my first red flag. I brought my car in because the wireless CarPlay suddenly stopped working. The rep told me it would take 2–3 days to diagnose and repair. When I asked for a loaner, he immediately said none were available. When I asked him to double-check, he gave me an even more absurd excuse: apparently, loaners were “booked for the next six months.” It was painfully obvious he just didn’t want to bother. Later in the day, I called for an update, and that’s when things went from bad to downright infuriating. He tried to tell me my car doesn’t even have wireless CarPlay—even though it was working for months and it’s clearly listed on the window sticker. When I offered to send him a photo of the sticker, he suddenly became rude and defensive, turning the situation around on me with, “Well, what do you want to do with your car?” All I wanted was for them to actually look at the issue and fix it. He then said they needed the car for another day. Fine. But the next day, I called multiple times for an update, and every time I was told the rep was “not available.” I asked to speak with a manager—supposedly none were available either. To make matters worse, they called ME rude, for calling several times (because I wasn’t getting a call back!) At this point, I’m convinced customer service simply isn’t a priority here. Unprofessional, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this service department.

Had an appointment at 9 am, got there 8:50 am, didn't get my car in to be serviced until 9:30 am, why have an appointment then? Spent 1 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change. Tried to upsell me on HVAC repair, he tried to do that to the guy before me too. I didn't take the bait. Tried to charge $179 for an oil change when the app clearly stated $119.99 when I made the appointment. I also did not pay the $179. I will definitely not return for service and honestly may not get another car from here as they seem dishonest.
