"I was shopping for a new pickup truck for months. I visited at least 10 dealerships in the area for all different brands. I walked into Bical on Tuesday and met our salesperson. Unlike many salespeople I met, he was a total pro. He was knowledgeable. He knew every detail and feature of the trucks he showed me. He was personable and easy to work with. And lastly, neither he nor the sales manager hit me with the 'hard sell', which makes me walk right out of a dealership... Our salesperson and the team delivered on their promises. "Honest dealership, would highly recommend going there for service. Went there for diagnostic of a problem that went away a few days ago; they went through the entire system after seven hours, couldn't find anything at fault, verified the system was in proper working conditions, all fuses and relays had no issues including terminals had no drops or overloads, and that all software was up to date. Rather than charge us for the diagnostic or the labor spent on my truck, they waived it. They rather have repeat customers who value honesty over greed. I appreciate that and I am now spreading it to all my fellow GM vehicle owner friends -- trust in Bical Motors. Bical Motors is doing it the right way, the way it should be!"
